Location and Work Environment

Our office is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, and we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday. Our work environment is supportive and inclusive, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate product and service information to customers
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website and online resources to find solutions and answers
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining a comprehensive log of inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalating when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and collecting feedback on their experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field; previous experience in a call center is highly valued
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • The ability to empathize with customers and handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
