Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)

Compensation and Perks
