As a Customer Benefits Representative & Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing their benefits and providing exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Benefits Representative & Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in securing their benefits and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing and resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and benefits information
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
