Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide legendary service and support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
