Job Description
As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Calling warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients over the phone
- Working with a duplicatable and proven sales system to achieve success
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their insurance needs
- Collaborating with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Meeting sales targets and achieving success in a 100% commission role
- Embracing our Core Values and demonstrating a high level of coachability

- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate

Getting Started
If you're not licensed yet, don't worry! We'll guide you in becoming a LICENSED AGENT. Most are licensed within 3-7 days. Getting your insurance license online is only 40 hours and will cost between $200-$300, depending on the state. This is a 100% commission role, with no cap to your income.
