Job Overview:

As an Entry Level Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our patients, families, and healthcare teams. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting patients with inquiries, and scheduling appointments using our healthcare systems. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential, offering a chance to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, assist patients with inquiries, and schedule appointments using healthcare systems

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ensure accurate message recording and timely communication with the appropriate team
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient concerns and issues
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
