Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and becoming a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and timely information. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
