Associate Technical Engineer – Adobe Experience Platform & Customer Journey Analytics Expert

Job Summary

As an Associate Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AEP solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with technical professionals, analysts, and engineers to optimize AEP and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) dashboard solutions, troubleshoot and resolve development issues, and implement AEP solutions. You will also maintain data quality and integrity, and contribute to maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions, as well as provide general production monitoring and support

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet organizational needs
• Monitor work against production schedule and provide progress updates and report any issues or technical difficulties to leadership on a regular basis
• Document technical processes and procedures, and participate in technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of AEP solutions with architecture to ensure solution alignment to enterprise goals and standards
• Perform technical analysis and provide insights to support decision-making across various departments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant technologies and industry best practices
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in one or many of the following tasks: analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, as well as providing general production support

• 1 year of technical problem-solving, solution implementation, team/project collaboration
• 1 year of basic computer science concepts and principles, common operating systems, development languages/scripting

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience with technology platforms, application development tools, business processes, software development life cycle used by our enterprise

• 3 years of experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs for optimizing short-term execution while planning for long-term technical capabilities
• 3 years of experience working with a variety of technology systems, designing solutions or developing technology solutions in healthcare
• 3 years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective services
• 3 years of technical governance, quality, and technical security best practices
• 3 years of experience translating requirements, design mockups, prototypes, or user stories into technical designs
• 3 years of experience producing technical solutions that are fault-tolerant, efficient, and maintainable

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree
