Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
