Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With our comprehensive training program, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert through comprehensive training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
