Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Overnights, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment

* arenaflex's Kenosha Branch is located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144

  • The branch is open 24/7, with a 4- or 5-day on-site schedule available
  • The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction

Compensation

* Pay from $26 to $33 per hour, with a $4 shift differential
