Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Paramount, CA. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional support to our customers
  • Processing orders and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on arenaflex's products and services, including promotions and special offers
  • Interacting with outside sales representatives to provide support and assistance to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer databases as necessary
  • Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in placing orders by providing product knowledge and recommendations
  • Understanding and learning arenaflex's internal processes and procedures
  • Receiving and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing online quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting in the creation of driver route sheets and other administrative tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to type 50 WPM or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role in a similar industry or environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including promotions and special offers
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other administrative tools
