Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Digital Chat/Conversational AI program. As a key member of our team, you'll define the product vision, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across design, engineering, and business teams. Key Responsibilities

* Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and requirements to stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and business teams to ensure seamless product development
• Develop and maintain product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital chat and conversational AI

• Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Experience with product backlog management and prioritization
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Experience with product metrics and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with digital chat and conversational AI platforms and technologies

• Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
• Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies
