Job Description:

As an experienced customer support specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians
  • Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians as needed
  • Communicating with technicians and/or other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances
  • Reading and analyzing exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based upon company criteria
  • Ensuring that service orders and repair tickets are processed accurately
  • Acquiring skills through a combination of formal training and considerable on-the-job experience
  • May serve as lead and/or primary technical resources within the department or work area

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Customer support experience
  • Adherence to schedule
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
