Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Japanese Bilingual, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via email or phone to ensure seamless communication and complete necessary documents required to coordinate moves
• Ensuring all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required
• Interacting closely with the moving team in preparation of customer goods
• Coordinating with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal, and loading of customer's goods
• Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with the moving team
• Performing general business support functions as assigned

Essential Qualifications
