The Role

As a Product Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our Live Agent Chat product. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and stays ahead of the competition. You'll be responsible for defining product requirements, developing product roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and launch of our Live Agent Chat product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and stays ahead of the competition

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and stays ahead of the competition
  • Define product requirements and develop product roadmaps to drive product development and launch
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and to drive product development and launch
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and implement metrics to measure product success
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user manuals, and technical specifications

Essential Qualifications

* At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management, with a focus on digital products and customer-facing applications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
  • Proven track record of success in product development and launch, with a focus on customer satisfaction and product adoption
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and launch, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to drive product development and launch

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and product adoption
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, including data visualization and reporting
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles and practices

* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of digital product development and launch, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $226,000 - $257,900 per year, depending on location and experience
