Responsibilities
As a Virtual or Office Medical Support Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing professional and compassionate chat support to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding medical services and appointments
- Communicating with patients to collect necessary medical information
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and facilitate care coordination
- Monitoring and responding to chat queues in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions within our system

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
