Your Day as a Customer Service Representative – Customer Experience Champion

As a full-time Customer Service Representative – Customer Experience Champion, you'll work an 8-hour schedule every Monday – Friday. Your typical day will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach
  • Scheduling technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies to ensure timely resolutions
  • Entering customer data into our system to maintain accurate records
  • Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and proactively address customer concerns
  • Collaborating with our technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and leave with a positive experience. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your dedication to customer satisfaction will set us apart from the competition.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its nuances
  • Ability to type 50-60 WPM, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required
