Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our cloud-based enrollment tools
  • Manage customer accounts, including updating information, resolving issues, and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales goals

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the health insurance industry, including Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
  • Experience with cloud-based enrollment tools and platforms
