Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in collecting and processing data for various research studies and projects. You'll work from home, using your computer or mobile device, and will be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Complete micro tasks and other assignments as required
- Communicate with research participants and study moderators via email or phone
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or higher preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
