What You Will Do in This Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support to patients and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences to patients and families
• Resolving routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization preferred
• Open availability
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
