Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines.
• Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:

+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Harassment or bullying + Spam or self-promotion + Inappropriate content or links

• Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
• Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruptions.
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary actions to resolve the issue.
• Collaborating with our community management team to develop and implement effective moderation strategies.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
