Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Automotive Enthusiast, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent product knowledge, and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers.
- Strong computer skills, and experience with customer service software.
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
