Here's an overview of what you can expect: * Log into Asana to review outstanding tasks and communications from the team * Answer customer calls and respond to emails, chats, and messages in a timely and effective manner * Log customer questions and feedback to improve our Knowledge Base initiative * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new support strategies * Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our company's products and services * Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and support requests Hours and Compensation This is a contractor position, with an initial allotment of no more than 5 hours per week. Additional hours may be approved as necessary. As our sales continue to accelerate, we anticipate increased opportunities for additional hours, higher salary, and growth potential within the company.
