Role Description

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems with attention to both accuracy and speed. You'll also provide exemplary community and resident support via telephone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders
• Profile-only data entry
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
• Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues
• Adjudicating insurance claims
• Leading by example, exhibiting our Core Values each day, and adhering to our Behavior Standard
• Encouraging teamwork and promoting company philosophy
• Attending required company meetings
• Completing all required courses in adherence with PRS compliance system
• Being prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
• Timely and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
• Motivated, punctual, and reliable team member
