Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.
- Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.
- Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
- Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients.
- Professional communication skills; verbal and written.
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications.
- Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment.
Experience Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years of experience in customer service.
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems.

* Competitive salary range: $20-22/hour.
- Full-time position with 36 hours/week, with a schedule of Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts.
