Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients. You'll provide personalized support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, assisting clients in understanding their insurance benefit options and responding to questions about policies, coverage, and claims. Key Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
