Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions to optimize our transportation network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights from various data sources, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will enable you to communicate complex insights to stakeholders, influencing business decisions and shaping the future of retail.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data-driven solutions to optimize our transportation network, leveraging data from various sources, including customer and driver applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from data, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders, influencing business decisions and shaping the future of retail.
• Lead exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our transportation network.
• Develop and implement data-driven processes to automate tasks, screen, examine, and advise key stakeholders on transportation-related activities.
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives, such as Expedited Shipment.

• Build dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators, including on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction.
• Develop driver analysis to identify the root cause of late deliveries and optimize our transportation network.
• Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations.

• Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from various sources, supporting investigations of key drivers.
• Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our transportation network.
• Developing and implementing data-driven processes to automate tasks, screen, examine, and advise key stakeholders on transportation-related activities.
