Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting business growth through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business decisions and initiatives

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert insights on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable data insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business impact

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools, including Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and effectively escalate issues to management
• Counseling or MBA background, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and a passion for creative problem-solving
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges
