What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. If you have:
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer support or a similar role

- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred) and proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets

- Industry Insight: Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus
