Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Outstanding Customer Support:

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. + Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout all interactions.

  • Plan & Sell Travel Services:

+ Arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel-related services based on client needs. + Advise clients on destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to help them make informed decisions.

  • Promote Travel Packages:

+ Utilize promotional strategies and materials to sell itineraries, tours, and package deals. + Highlight special offers and discounts to maximize customer value.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues:

+ Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. + Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

  • Maintain Customer Records:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
