Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Solutions Agent, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable financial products. Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Educate clients on different options and pricing
- Prepare and present financial plans to clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide reviews and updates
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Continuously develop and improve sales and communication skills to meet and exceed performance targets
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, customer service (preferred but not required)
