Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our team at our office in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for answering calls and responding to chat requests from customers, providing information and assistance on various topics, and promoting arenaflex products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers, providing information and assistance on various topics, including online orders, tracking, and deliveries.

  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chat requests.
  • Work as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing and operations staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and excellent typing skills.
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off.

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication skills, brief and friendly assistance, and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.
