Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing information about our services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about our services and offers

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally, empathetically, and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide information about our services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving services, staying up-to-date on new features, promotions, and policies
  • Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations and Sales, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a positive attitude
  • Basic Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
