About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs and goals
- Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to their inquiries
- Providing financial advice and mentorship to help customers achieve their retirement goals
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We Offer
* Competitive Base Salary: $41,600-$45,760 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

What We're Looking For
* College Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or 3+ years of customer service experience
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Team Mentality: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams to drive our culture and execute on our common goals
- Learning Agility: Openness to new ways of thinking and acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage
