Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology
  • Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering

Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology

  • Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
