The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and online chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about our products and services. You will be working as part of a high-performing team, collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, process orders, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat

  • Manage 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support
  • Professionally expedite and process orders, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner
  • Manage inbound online chat inquiries, providing customers with prompt and accurate responses
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using company software, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

* Remote/Hybrid capabilities are available in the following states: AZ, CT, DE, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, WY

  • Must be able to adhere to an 8:30 - 5 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM EST schedule
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
