Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat, email, and phone interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, making changes to their insurance policies, and providing expert guidance on their insurance needs. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and ensure their needs are met in the first interaction.

Responsibilities

* Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems

  • Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
  • Work in a fun and collaborative team environment
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team Lead to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Qualifications

* Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience is required

  • Previous call center experience
  • Empathetic towards customer needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
