Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, educating them on available life insurance options, guiding them through the application and follow-up process, and ensuring a smooth, service-first experience for each client interaction. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity where you'll work with warm leads, enjoy the flexibility of working from home, and earn unlimited commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the life insurance process.

  • Educate clients on available life insurance options based on their needs, ensuring they make informed decisions that meet their goals and objectives.
