Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Customer Engagement, Future Readiness, Launch, and Field Operations to lead our customer engagement strategy, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a unified customer engagement strategy, overseeing go-to-market planning, field effectiveness, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a unified customer engagement strategy: Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives, drives customer loyalty, and enhances the customer experience.

• Oversee go-to-market planning, field effectiveness, and continuous process improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, drive field effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Shape and execute a forward-looking customer engagement strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to develop and execute a forward-looking customer engagement strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and governance: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's governance framework.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, P&O, and Analytics to align resources: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
• Champion a culture of innovation and learning: Foster a culture of innovation and learning within arenaflex, encouraging experimentation, learning from failure, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare) is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 10+ years’ experience of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or healthcare consulting: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries, with a strong track record of progressive experience and leadership.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with 3+ years’ experience in project management and leading sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives: A proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
