Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote customer service and account resolution role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving account issues, and driving business growth through data entry and analysis. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Support the Record Goal team by using information on organization items, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal frameworks to resolve customer issues and drive business growth.
  • Apply information while speaking with delinquent customers to resolve account issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Look for ways to improve the quality of customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances.
  • Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct.
  • Seek guidance from managers and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams.
  • Connect with quick Record Goal teams on fundamental Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external customers.

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following required capabilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, customer support, or sales environments, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to multiple needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment.
  • Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management.
  • Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team environment.
  • Ability to work successfully in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all levels of the organization, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the phone.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision.
  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry.
  • Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting.
  • Military knowledge or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management.
  • Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authority reporting, and assistance with keeping military staff battle-ready and effective.

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working with data entry software and systems.
  • Knowledge of financial services products and services.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
