Key Responsibilities

As an experienced data entry clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt measurements
• Collaborating with Project Administrators to receive updates on open requests
• Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices
• Contacting vendors for information regarding Purchase Request
• Creating and updating the open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders
• Allocating team responsibility based on the open purchase report
• Updating and managing the receiving and open purchase request metric figure out succeed sheet
• Sending accounting directors a monthly report based on office performance
• Updating and managing the execution improvement log
• Accommodating unvouchered receipts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Four-year degree preferred

• Two to five years of experience in receiving or purchasing
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Successful Pre-Work Medication
• Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills required
• Meticulous and a high level of self-motivation
• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner complying with all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Government guidelines
