Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote IT Support

Why You'll Love This Role

As an experienced full stack data entry specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software and hardware installations to data recovery and system maintenance. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support to our end-users.

What You'll Do

* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to help with system-related issues
• Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
• Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
• Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

All You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate's degree in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport environment + Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: - General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 - Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems - Knowledge of VPN network and ability to troubleshoot issues - Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
