Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Transportation Analytics and Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to provide essential business insights
• Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a regular basis and establishing credibility
• Analyzing stakeholder needs and collaborating with them to share relevant information, including partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
• Documenting your strategies and sharing your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to create impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
