Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom and delivering exceptional sales experiences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have and providing attentive customer service
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications
