Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our CS team by accurately and efficiently processing customer data. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, and data science teams to ensure that our contact center platform is running smoothly and providing the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide data entry support to our CS team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer data
- Collaborate with our design, engineering, and data science teams to identify and resolve issues with our contact center platform
- Work closely with our external partners to ensure seamless integration of our platform with other systems
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data entry operations
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the CS team
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other contact center software
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with cloud-based contact center platforms and software
- Experience working with external partners and vendors to integrate systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
