Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, ticketing, baggage handling, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have during their journey. Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas.

  • Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades.
  • Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions.
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
  • Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of airline reservation systems and procedures is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in the airline or hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures.
  • Understanding of airline policies and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours
