Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
• Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
• Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
• Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
• Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry and client Statement of Work standards
• Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Representative

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• A self-starter mentality with a great degree of internal motivation
• The ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
• The ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm CST.
