Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train new team members, initiate opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and pleasant manner

  • Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide quality service as a differentiator for arenaflex to retain current customers and attract new business
  • Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
  • Initiate opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills

  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
