We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' orders and enquiries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional service
- Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
- Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and orders
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Producing weekly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

- A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

About You:
We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment. You'll have:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
- Strong attention to detail and be highly organized
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
